I like this much better than the substrates I have used in past. It was easy to cut to size. Washes easily and is holding up nicely. I plan to buy another in future so I can switch out when I am washing one. It doesn’t seem to hold oder either.

Large and well priced!

Our bearded dragon habitat is 4’ long and presented a challenge when looking for a carpet for the bottom. Local pet stores have nothing this large. It’s a little thicker than the ones I’ve gotten in the past. It was a little large for our enclosure but easy to trim. Overall a good buy in my opinion.

Not heavy but works OK

If you are expecting this to be a heavy duty mat that holds its shape and will sit on the bottom of the tank, that is NOT what this is. It is very light weight and it will most likely be creased and bent when you get it. Luckily it sticks to velcro so you can use sticky velcro pads/tape around the perimeter of your tank and this will stick down to it. Then it is easily removable for washing. But if you don't use anything to keep this mat down in your tank it is not going to stay in place nor stay flat. The quality of it really isn't that great.

My beardie loves this soft liner. I see others using sand type but that just seems like a mess. I cut this in half and wash and switch out often to keep it clean in there.
