I originally wrote a negative review for this rug because I received the rug with a gray stripe across the width of the rug. I had wanted a pure white rug, not one with gray fibers in it. But, I have changed my review to 4 stars. I returned the rug and a new pure white one - no gray stripes - arrived. The rug is very nice - cushy, warm, white. I only gave 4 stars because it was a bit of a hassle to return. When I got the rug originally, I cut through the plastic wrapping. In order to return it, I had to buy plastic wrap and, of course, wrap it up and haul it out onto the driveway to be picked up. But, the return was processed quickly and the new rug arrived within two days (I think) of putting in for the return. I like Safavieh and will continue to buy their rugs. ... show more

Super soft and nice thickness. My fear is it seems like if this was in a heavy traffic area of my house it would ware down quick. The rugs also pretty thick so when vacuuming it does get stuck here and there.

This looks great in a long upstairs hallway. It sheds a little. I haven't vacuumed it yet and hope the vacuum doesn't suck it up. Because of it's length it isn't that convenient to take it outside and shake it. You will want to get some sort of a grip/pad for under it. On a hardwood floor there was movement when walking on/off. Gosh, I LOVE this rug! Beautiful and soft - no smell, flat right way... I had to add 3 small carpet tape pieces so it would not slide on the floor. I was fretting about a bathroom rug for weeks on end. I had a round black flokati in there that was impossible to clean - plus you could see every single white speck.... so happy I went with the silver one. We already have Safavieh rugs and I'm happy with each one - downstairs we have a long hair dark navy rug that has been gorgeous now for years - grandkids, dog, right in the center of the house. You'll love it!!! It's not a bluish but a warm grey - the pictures are looking too warm, though - it's a true grey. ... show more
