I missed the return deadline by 14 days. I couldn't get to a rink until then. My request to return has fallen into deaf ears. I reached out to the company via Amazon. but no answer as of yet. These skates have really helped my daughter improve. She’s a beginner, and the rental skates were barely supporting her ankles. These have great support - they fit like inline skates, which my daughter is used to. She feels much more confident in these. Bought two XS for my girls who wear sizes 8 and 9 toddlers. Size chart says they should fit it. When I got it, the smallest setting was still too big. I bought these specifically as it said it would go down all the way to a size 7J and I couldn't find any other adjustable skate that would accommodate that size.
