My rug came in today and I am so happy!! I needed a large size for this room but I am on a budget so I didn’t want to spend tons of money. This rug looks very high quality but still came in under $500 for a 9x12. It’s been down for a couple hours and there are still a couple wrinkles but I’m sure they will go away with time. There is also a smell, but that will fade away in a few days as well. I do feel like the rug looks a lighter in person than the pictures in the listing do. I like the light color of the rug, but that is something to keep in mind. Lastly, I love the look of sisal rugs, but I HATE how they feel on bare feet. I decided that I liked how they look enough to get over my sensory issues, but I must say this one is not as scratchy as others I’ve walked on! It certainly isn’t soft or anything, but it doesn’t give me the heebie jeebies to walk on it barefoot. Overall, I can’t say enough about how great this rug is! ... show more

Beautiful runner! Love the color, it’s neutral and blends well with anything. We have an aging dog and wanted something to help her walk more confidently on the wood floors. The runner is highly slip resistant and hides debris well. It is thick and has a good weight to it. My kids have complained that it’s scratchy on their feet but I don’t mind it as I wear house slippers. I think it’s beautiful and love it! This rug is absolutely beautiful — the natural texture adds warmth and character to the room. I’m using the 11x15 size, and it really grounds the space. As with all natural fiber rugs, it takes a little patience to unroll and flatten, but once it settles, it looks stunning. One corner had the dye slightly off, and since I had it shipped to an out island in the Bahamas, I couldn’t return it. In love with this rug. Appreciated its look from the photos and was extremely happy when it arrived because it looked like the photos. The black border helps the rug to look more refined and less rustic than if it didn’t have the border. The rug is not a soft to touch rug at all - its rustic appeal can be felt through the natural fibers. Installed the rug in my office/flex space. The 8x10 was a great size and much larger than I was expecting for my room but it fit perfectly. Desk chairs moved across it easily. Rolled out flat immediately. I did wonder why they didn’t roll the rug up inside out to make unrolling easier but maybe I’m doing something wrong. It was easy enough to flip the rug around. I won’t be wearing outside shoes on the rug so it will be interesting to see how it picks up dirt and how simple it is to remove it. Overall, good value. ... show more

Perfect color, but unrolling it was a struggle. The backing was completely stuck to itself whether from heat or product quality, hard to say. It took a lot of effort to get it unstuck without damage. Creases were deep at first but started to relax after a few hours. Looks great now, but definitely not low-maintenance out of the box. ... show more
