Upon delivery, there were no wrinkles to battle working out and there was zero out-gassing smell. It is functional and gorgeous in any space. I have had this for over 3 years now and it has never shed, not even from the start. This is cute enough and I like the colors. It’s also more plush than I was expecting. But that may be the issue. We have several rugs from this brand and I’ve always been able to unroll them and use them right away. This is severely rolled up on both ends. I put a box on one end and taped the edges down.
