Pros: - Beautiful, sturdy chairs that came securely packaged - Looks more expensive than they are - No assembly required Cons: - Not very comfortable; can’t sit in for long periods of time - Must be careful with certain textures (e.g., wiping down the chairs with certain cloth towels) so that they don’t snag on the caning These were a bit wider than I expected (check dimensions). Obviously a caned seat won’t be as comfortable as a cushioned seat, so if that’s not a dealbreaker for you, I’d say it’s a good buy! ... show more

love the look!! love the color. beautifully made. came packaged nicely and all put together. I haven’t sat in them much yet but they obviously aren’t as comfortable as a padded chair would be. still not uncomfortable by any means. FYI recommended weight limit is 275 lbs

The chairs are beautiful and very sturdy, but as soon as I set down, it was very disappointed. The seats are super prickly, also on your back. It’s a no no for me, There are little pieces sticking out and poking at your skin.

Exactly what I was looking for. Very sturdy and seem more expensive than they were on Amazon. No assembly and packaged really well. One of the chairs came scratched but Amazon took care of it immediately. Great deal and beautiful chairs!

2 of the 3 sets that I ordered, had one broken chair. Asked for an exchange and Amazon wasn’t able to do it, so I have to send them back, wait for a refund and order again. Which is frustrating. They are amazing chairs, the quality is great, but I feel like they need to be packaged better.

First off, I love these chairs they are beautiful and comfortable. I ordered two boxes and a box of the arm chairs that match. The order for the arm chairs was canceled because it was out of stock. No big deal , I ordered another box of the armless. I used the buy again option assuming I would receive the same product. The chairs in the third box are way different. The color is different along with the seat base and placement of the brand name. I emailed the manufacturer, so hopefully the issue will be resolved. I'll update my review accordingly. Update: manufacturer could not help told me to go through Amazon customer support. Update #2: Amazon agreed to send two boxes so I could keep the ones that matched and return the ones that didn't match. I received one box there was no 2nd box ever sent. I want 6 chairs that match, but now have two sets of 4. And the saga continues... Update #3 finally got the last box in and they don't match the other two sets of four. I don't know if I should laugh or cry at this point. Stay tuned... ... show more
