This rug is a lot more colorful than it looks. I thought it would be more neutral when I bought it for my husbands office. Still feels good on your feet and is durable. Make sure to get a carpet pad to go underneath, it slides really easily.

I have a few points I would like to share with anyone considering this rug for their home. -I loved the wonderful balance between natural fibers and beautiful vivid colors. It is the perfect addition to a natural, bohemian, or zen based inspired space. -I found that the tag was super easy to just peel away if needed. -I personally could have gone up a size in my space, but that was my mistake with measurements. My advise is to always just double-check. -I love that it's comfortable to walk on and fibers do not fall away all over the floor. -The rug did have a slight oil-like smell, but it was gone within a few hours -The packaging is good quality and the rug unrolls easily. For the crumpled edges, I simply went over them with a vacuum and they were flattened immediately. -Overall I highly recommend this product and I think it's lovely.

I ordered this rug to match another one (same brand, style and color- ivory/multi, cape cod collection by safavieh) that I ordered previously but the round version. While this rug is very cute and will work, the colors weren’t the same as the first one I ordered. This rug was darker, not so much “ivory/ multi color” but more of a “ brown natural/ multi color.” This is my third safavieh brand rug and they seem to be good quality for the price. They are fairly thick, soft and have pretty colors. These woven rugs can be a bit tricky to clean, so use caution. I attempted to run a vacuum over one and part of one of the pieces of fabric came loose and I had to re-weave it back in. Now, I either spot clean by hand or go “old school” with the hang on a clothesline and beat with a broom method. I have hardwood floors and these rugs tend to slip around fairly easy. Mine aren’t in high traffic areas so I haven’t needed to secure, however one may need to invest in a rug gripper pad for underneath to avoid a slip and fall. Overall, I really like my rug and am happy with my purchase. I was going for a boho style look in my bedroom and this rug was what I needed.

Smells so strong of mildew that opening it left the smell on my hands. It's so bad I have to throw it on my back porch until I can return. I could smell before I even opened the package. Very displeased

Not chemical odor. It smells like it was stored in a damp place. There were no signs of mildew, though and it is airing out. In case anyone else ordered a size to big, you can use a seam ripper and separate the threads. When you're done, you'll have to glue or sew the final end, but it works great.

The colors are more vibrant than expected but that’s a pleasant surprise. Just received it but loos and feels sturdy and well made. The edges laid down flat quickly. The delivery and packaging was top notch. Have zero complaints or concerns.
