Loved the look of this rug but several things have made me grown to hate this rug: -It sheds horribly! If you sit down on this rug with black pants, you will stand up covered in tiny white fibers. I have had the rug for a month now and vacuumed it multiple times to no avail. -Rug edges are not cut straight - one side of rug curves in noticeably. -Rug is extremely scratchy, which can be expected from a wool rug. But we are down on this carpet a lot playing with our son and it's itchy even through pants. I wanted to love this carpet. I will say, this carpet is beautiful. However, I am going to completely go insane with the amount of shedding and fibers this rug has been making. I’m constantly vacuuming the fiber all around this carpet off my hardwood floors. I do have this carpet in the living room, which was a huge mistake. I don’t even want to attempt it in a bedroom because I think I’ll just be moving a problematic carpet from one room to another. Okay, end rant! ... show more

Wow- what a beautiful rug! Fits right into my Moroccan design element. The rug pattern is beautiful- so rich looking in its pattern without being overwhelming. The color is rich in saturation and the rug is substantial and nicely crafted. It’s a low density piled rug. I was so impressed by the rug, that I purchased 2 of them. The cobalt blue and the mocha brown. They ad warmth and chic design to my family room and zen den space. My only negative comments are about the off white rug design. The raised design, makes it a bit hard to vacuum crumbs. Bits and pieces get stuck between the flat pile and the raised element design. Takes a lot of suction to clean. We have this rug beneath our circular dining table. It's a nice rug. The blue is more of a light periwinkle or a silvery blue, not baby blue. It seems a reasonably good quality. My main complaint is the same as with my other Safavieh rug - it sheds a lot of fibers. You won't notice it unless you sit on it or when you vacuum it, and suddenly you realize how many fibers are coming off it. I've owned wool rugs before and lived in homes with wool carpets - I love natural fibers - so I'm used to wool flooring and this shedding does seem in excess of usual wool shedding. I'll continue to keep and use the rug, but I'm not sure how likely I am to purchase this brand in the future. ... show more

Amazing luxurious rug it really is gray and ivory and it has some detail in the pile Thicknesses which is really beautiful! got all kinds of compliments on this rug! the one negative is that it is so white/ivory. I originally purchased for the living room but there was too much traffic coming through so I wouldn't recommend it if you cannot keep a white rug in your house because of kids or pets or whatever. Absolutely love it in my bedroom only sad that I can't have it in the living room for more than a See. Didn't shed as much as other Safavieh Cambridge rugs I bought. ... show more

I really like this rug but it definitely has issues. I bought the 10' runner and it was definitely not cut straight. My 11 yr old son also noticed who is totally not observant to these type of things. It sheds really bad. I have been vacumming for 2 weeks straight now and its finally slowing up some on shedding. I have a Dyson that vacuums up the hair pretty good luckily. Plus there is an erase size area missing the wool, very weird. However I love love love the look of the black and white rug so I kept it and plan on buying the matching rug for my living room. ... show more
