Bought it for my granddaughters bedroom. It’s her favorite color. It has a bit of a shag look. It was delivered fast. The reason for the 4 stars is because it is not as thick as the picture showed. It’s thin even though it has the shag. Will need to buy a thick pad for underneath.

The media could not be loaded. The color and size of rug is nice. The quality not the best, the rug is a bit thin and not really soft. I thought it was going to be soft and a bit thicker. The SCENT, there is a weird smell with the rug. I have had it for 5 days now and it is still lingering, I tried using the Arm & Hammer carpet odor eliminator, it works for a bit but then that rug scent comes back. Love this carpet. Oversized to my liking and soft! Great quality! Definitely recommend this carpet. Like most new carpets except the new carpet smell. I sprinkled some baking soda and it’s all better. Kids and pet love lying on the carpet!

I've purchased their shag rugs in the past and found them to be very thick and full/dense with a heavy duty and sturdy foundation. So when I received these I was shocked. It's not thick at all. They are not dense at all. They seem to be missing material. There are so many fewer 'tassles/pile/fibers' on this rug compared to the rug I bought in the past. It's so strange - maybe the plant is not making these correctly? It seems like they are now using half the amount of material compared to previous rugs I purchased from them. You can feel the foundation/undercarpet when you stand on it because the pile/tassles/fiber is so lacking. You can even see the undercarpet. The undercarpet is also very thin. This is in no way shag nor thick per the description. They just seem like defects compared to what I've purchased from them in the past. Going forward, I'll look for and buy rugs in a store so I can insure they are what they state. ... show more

Love this rug. It is soft and the pile is a great length. Not flat and. It overly shaggy. Charcoal is a beautiful shade with a salt and peppery look to it. It does not look black. It is a deep grey.

The color is lovely and the feel of the fabric itself is soft. I purchased a rug pad, knowing that I wanted a little extra plushness, but the fullness of the weave is lacking and it is not true to size… which was why I bought the size I bought, a 9x12. We have a 93” sofa and ideally you have about 8” excess on each side. 9‘ was pretty close already, but clearly the rug is about 4” shy of 9’. I’ve being laying it out for a few days. It still has fold lines and is pretty sparse compared to what is pictured online. The smell from manufacturing/ packaging/ shipping the rug is pretty strong and still lingering (3 days). The photos online seem to have a significant higher weave count and seems so much plusher than what I received. I’ll be raking it with the carpet rake and moving the sofa today to see if it’s better than I thought and if I decide to keep it. ... show more
