Works great. I use this for my both my Legion GO and my Legion Slim 5. I did have some initial issues with the Ethernet port on this hub but was able to isolate the issue to the drivers. Once I went to Realtek's website and downloaded the updated drivers (that windows 11 doesn't default to for some reason) it immediately fixed all my drop out issues. It is able to do 4k 120hz 10-bit RGB no problem off the primary HDMI port. I have not tried messing with HDR since the HDR experience in Windows leaves a lot to be desired. You can also 4k 30hz, 1440p 60hz, and 1080p 120hz off the second HDMI port. But I don't have really a use case for the second HDMI port at the moment. It gets a little warm during heavy operation but the metal chassis helps with dissipating the heat and I have has no issues with it getting too hot. No issues with any of the connected devices via USB-A or USB-C and PD 3.0 works great for Charging my GO while having it docked.     • Not a good throughput for power/charging
This is more of a good travel dock station and less of an inexpensive permanent dock for your home office. The 1 problem I have is the USB C charging through it. I have a simple 14" Dell laptop and when I plug the main power adapter into this dock, my laptop immediately indicates "Slow Charging" and it does not keep up while in use. You'll want to make sure you have 2 USB C's on your machine. 1 for charging with your original power adapter and the other for this dock. As for the HDMI, it seems to work without issues. I've docked (2) 27" monitors and used the laptop display without any trouble. The Baseus unit does get pretty warm, but it has not caused any issues with normal use. ... show more

Works great when playing games or working on Quickbooks with my ROG Ally X through a monitor. Gets a little warm but not hot enough to burn you or anything like that.

    • Perfect companion for RoG Ally
4k 120Hz output is made possible on RoG Ally using this hub! Make sure to use the HDMI 1 port and only. I made the mistake of using the wrong port at first and couldn’t get 4k 120Hz to work. It’s also got enough usb-A ports for controllers, keyboard and mouse. An Ethernet port to ensure stable 4k streaming from my PC. And passthrough charging to the Ally. I did need to use a higher wattage charger (100W) to provide enough power to the Ally as all hubs consume some power for the various ports supported. Overall a five star product, and a perfect dock/hub for the RoG Ally. ... show more

UPDATE After 1 year and 1 month, it died. It worked perfectly well with a multi-monitor setup, then out of the blue it just stopped working. I'll check with Baseus to see if they'll replace it, but I'm not holding my breath. Original Review This is an early review, I just received the product today and so far I'm impressed. I plugged it into my HP 845 G9 (USB 4) and connected two monitors: a 3440x1440p UW at 100 hz and a 4K at 60 hz. There were no problems running at these refresh rates which is fantastic and my main aim for this product. In comparison, my previous (expensive) Lenovo brand dock could only run the 4K monitor at 30 hz, despite that the laptop iGPU itself was able to (I've run both at 60 hz connected without the dock). I haven't tested charging and data transfer rates from my external SSD yet. I will update my review over the next few days when I test these. Hopefully it doesn't get too hot and continues to perform well as it will be hosting my home office setup. Overall I'm very pleased so far for the black friday price of $48. ... show more

This is not a docking station. It is only a hub. There is no power supply for this. So, whether it is my hp or my surface, I have to provide the power separately, as none of them come with usb-c charger. As a hub it is good and works well. However, with no power source, I will have to return it. This should have some with a power supply. ... show more

The quality of the product is very good. Meet my expectations and is very easy to use. It has the enought number of porst to use with plenty of Usb in a very nice design. Also the speed is good and it heats a lot during usage.
