Currently this is a one star product review. I have installed it and no issues... it cools and heats using the remote....not too sure I still understand how to use its auto function though, but that is no biggy. It is a one star as of now because the the wifi is not working and in the appendix number one states there should be a wifi lite on. Mine is not on and have still tried to do the connection multiple times. I called Amazon customer service who gave me Garvee phone number and email for support...I called the number and had to leave a message. I have emailed them also with the same issue. Today is 6/19. I’ll keep this review up to date based on their response. Thank you. Update today 6/23. At 6 am central time I received an email response basically telling me to do everything that the manual already says to do, but they told me to hold the button down for eight seconds to reset Wi-Fi. The manual says to push the button eight times so I’ve done both and currently no Wi-Fi connection yet. They have also asked to send pictures of the screenshots of the front of the air conditioner and the phone display the area code which I have resent that email this morning….. the email also stated that someone will reach out to reach out to my phone number, so standby and stay tuned. Thank you. Hi all, today is July 4th and all is wonderful. The wifi connection issue has nothing to do with the product. Turns out that the router was configured to only accept connections from certain MAC's. We changed out the router and perfect connection!!. These units are going into a microgrid container and as stated before they are working perfectly and the installation had no issues and now we can remote monitor. In terms of the customer service. We all get anxious when we can't get immediate answers but customer service did indeed reply and trust me worked with me to stay on top of getting this resolved without me having to chase. They also answered some other technical questions that we asked since we were trying to do additional things with the control...they perfectly understood the question and answered the questions directly. I already own several other mini split systems, and this GarveeTech unit truly holds its own. Its heating and cooling power is robust, whisper-quiet, and consistently reliable—no temperature fluctuations at all, just steady comfort whenever I need it. Initially, I wasn’t sure how to set up the Wi-Fi function, so I reached out to GarveeTech’s customer support for help. Purchased on feb of this year and just recently had it installed. Got a tech to install from what I know it was easy but not good instructions. After, install found out it was not fully filled so that cost me extra. The unit works and blow cold air but doesn’t slow or turns off when its reach the desired temperature. Customer service is not the best, have foreign people that you can’t understand they don’t help at all and no one ever reaches out through call nor email. I’m planing on purchasing a other but from a different supplier or brand. ... show more

Unit was simple to install and works good. However it is not AHRI certified. I contacted the supplier to get a copy of the certification so I can get the energy rebate. Was told they don’t have it. Very disappointed.

In 3 months the unit stopped working, cslled cust support for refund. They daid they would only give me 125.00 nack on my purches STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT AND LEAVE YOU FEELING RIPPED OFF

Good price, easy to install. Works great, only complaint is it comes with little operation instructions. Haven’t been able to link with phone yet, lack of instructions. All Ann all glad I purchased and would again. Would have been 5 star with better instructions
