I was running out of usb ports on the front of my pc. This fit in nicely. I put double side tape between the hub and my tower pc. The cord is the perfect length to keep concealed along the side. I can use the hub switches to turn on and off that outlet. I do wish that I had gotten the upgrade, so I could charge my phone....but, no regrets ... show more

Port works well so far. With this only being USB 2.0 I wouldn't use it for serious data transfer. I was able to plug in 3 portable HDDs before overloading the port so for more intensive workloads get a powered hub. I'm using it to run separate keyboard /mouse dongles, 1080p Webcam and a USB audio DAC with no issues so far. As a hub to condense peripherals it's great! Pros *individual hardware buttons to disconnect drives which is great for webcams!
