Got this as a gift to myself lol. Ok so I'm going to break this down: UNBOXING: Computer came in a nice Black Branded Box. The box itself has a QR code that takes you to a nice short video tutorial on how to set up the computer. The packaging was perfect. Nice strong soft foam for protection and double boxed. Glass is covered with removable protective film to avoid scratches. Since the case is made mostly of glass, I thought it was gonna break, but honestly SAAV did an amazing job with packaging. They even included expandable foam INSIDE the case to make sure the internals don't get damaged. SCORE 10/10. SETTING IT UP: Easy to set up. They include a Quick Start Guide and a quick video tutorial showing you exactly how to configure the PC. They also include removable stickers that can guide you on how to connect the everything. The gaming pc in the video is a slightly different model, but you can follow along just the same. SCORE 9/10 LOOKS: WOW. When I first turn it on I was floored by how good the RGB lights look. Just gorgeous. Probably gonna set it to white to give it that nice "futuristic" look. 11/10 GAMING PERFORMANCE: Very good. It does what I need it to do. So far from my steam and other libraries I installed: DOTA 2, Fortnite, Roblox, GTA5, League of Legends, Rocket League, Skyrim, COH2, Grid and Valorant. All perform well and look good graphics wise. All 1080p hd, some had to set it Medium settings FYI. Even though it is 512gb the speed of the nvme drive is insane, the file transfer and installation speed is off the charts. This setup and hardware was clearly optimized by someone that knows what they're doing. Honestly, for the price the performance is phenomenal. SCORE 9/10 ACCESSORIES: RGB Keyboard and Mouse included. WIFI adapter is adequate, and the power cord is about 6ft long. I'm using with my own 24" monitor and it was the perfect fit. The included accessories get the job done and have a solid look and feel. SCORE 8/10 OTHER STUFF BESIDE GAMING: Currently using for my school work. Runs everything perfectly. I like to use chrome and I can open multiple tabs without an issue. No bloatware included in the computer, which is nice. The WIFI antenna works good. I got fiber in my house and so far I can stream in HD with no issues. SCORE 10/10 SUPPORT: Had to call support because I had a question regarding the delivery. They answered the phone quickly and went above and beyond to accomodate me. SCORE 10/10 OVERALL: This is a good jack of all trades gaming pc. Looks amazing in my room and for the price you can't beat it. It literally got delivered overnight, the components are quality and the performance is amazing. I would recommend this to anyone I know over a console any day of the week. ... show more

Pls read until end* I brought this system for my son's 13th birthday and it arrived the day before. We noticed that when powered on the fans will turn on and then off automatically. I called SAAV tech support and immediately got connected to a help desk tech that showed me where to find instructions on setup ect. We discovered after troubleshooting, that the RAM card was possibly damaged in transit. The help desk support guy went out of his way to get me another system delivered. Amazon processed my return but THIS GAMING COMPANY ACTUALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO OVERNIGHT SHIP IT TO ME SO IT ARRIVED ON MY SON'S BIRTHDAY .....When I saw the package delivered 3/1 AM DELIVERY I was shocked in disbelief! I have never had a company go out of their way like this. The system is perfect and my son loves it! Most of all he didn't have to wait to get his birthday present on Wednesday. My son loves this over the Switch. Better graphics and loads faster! However right before the end of the return window, the led lights inside basically stopped working. They'll only show red, before you could choose multiple different cokor schemes. I was able to upgrade the graphics card. There are extra plugs underneath that will power one. ... show more

Do NOT buy this! I got this for my son for a graduation gift in the summer of 2025. It worked for all of a month and went out. We had to pay over $100 to send it back only for them to say nothing was wrong with it. It got back to us worked for a couple of days and went out again. Bought this for my son as his first gaming computer for Steam Games. Set up was easy except when it came to getting our Wifi to connect. I called the company but they were closed. But immediately got a text to my phone asking how they could help. They walked me through it by text after hours on a Friday night 5 minutes later we were going. This is my very first PC. I've always been intimidated by the prices out there and was apprehensive about "cheaper" PCs but so far it's been great, no over heating or crashing. Easy to set up and get going it's definitely a solid PC for a budget don't regret my purchase at all.
