I have found this gaming pc an excellent choice for gamers. The quality of the gaming case is actually very good, they did a great job arranging the cables too. The appearance is like a big gaming desktop tower with front and top rgb Lighting fans. I love how it looks in my room. Lighting: the gaming pc has a button to change the colors of the rgb, I can choose a mix of color or just one color. Performance: this is a good gaming pc for gaming , the graphics card will run fine most games. Value for money: I think the price is reasonable when you consider the quality of the product. i think there is no way to get something cheaper than this one unless you buy a used gaming pc. the components are all brand new and they came very neatly packed and organized in a plain brown card board box. Customer support: I called them a few times to inquire about my warranty and all the times I was able to speak to a human on the phone and they seem pretty knowledgeable people. I purchased this for my 12 yr old son for his 1st PC to go with his Xbox. Quick and easy set up. Wifi works phenomenally. He uses it for games like Fortnite ,Roblox, and Minecraft. Customer service was excellent. The fan was damaged in transport even though the packing appeared sufficient. I contacted the number listed on a Sunday and received a return call after the posted hours of operation. A return label was created for the damaged unit and a new PC was sent. It arrived in 2 days after dropping off the return to Fedex. I also received a follow up call a few days after delivery of the new PC to check and make sure everything was functioning properly. This has been installed for a little over 2 weeks and so far, so good. I would definitely purchase again. ... show more

When I am playing games like roblox I am getting over 80 fps very good for people who want to start pc gaming it can also run vr games really good like gorilla tag. It is really good for the price. I would give zero stars if I could this PC is just a waste of money wish I didn't miss the return. All these great reviews how. Don't know much about computers but made a bad choice with this one let me tell you. Decided to get this for my son for his birthday. Everytime he tries into a game it crashes. It can't even run Roblox. I call costumer service they want to charge me for a new graphics card and then I have to pay to have it shipped back to me. Well you all have been warned but take your chances son birthday ruined but he got a computer that lights up nice ... show more

Bought this for my girl who isn’t super heavy into gaming mainly plays fn, houseflipper, Disney dream light valley stuff of that nature so far to my knowledge it runs extremely well but make no mistake they did put in the cheapest parts imaginable first thing I did was put in 16gb of ram and switch out the gpu with a different one I had layin around ran just fine before the upgrades on low setting for a started I’d say it’s worth the money ... show more
