Assembly was rather straight forward, been using it for maybe 2 months and have 70 Miles logged on it,I can definitely say it's awesome to ride and feel the wind blow through your face, it does not fold, to those who think it may this is literally a 75 IBS chunk of 20MPH steel, it's very powerful for an E-Bike and definetly worth the money for those who weigh a bit more than most E-Bikes support. Very happy with this purchase, bike looks great, is sturdy, battery life is good. Also, I had an issue mounting it (which was my fault, if I'm going to be honest), I was able to reach the Windone team right away and they helped me with my issue, 5 star customer service! Definitely recommended!

Very peppy e-bike that exceeds the advertised speed and is very fast for it's size. All of the advantages outway the downsides for the e-bike. The bicycle gets around 25 miles on a full charge not the advertised 50, the mechanical breaks get a advantage break speed and distance, and the seat could be a little softer. That's the only downsides, and the advantages are vast. The throttle has a small delay I actually think is a safety feature to stop whiskey throttles, the tires even small are wide making them very stable, the bike has fantastic acceleration and speed, the bike is very stable, folds easily, nice small rear rack, easy battery removal, easy to move from pedal assist to off position pedaling like a standard bicycle and back to pedal assist with just the hit of a button. The size of this e-bike with all of the upsides makes this bicycle worth the price which is very economical. I could go on about everything I enjoy about the bike but I'll spear you all. The most disappointing downside of only 25 miles on a full charge is kind of negated by the easy removal and portability of the battery. You can always go somewhere and charge the battery for the trip home. It does take around 6 hours to fully charge the battery from zero, so take that into account. ... show more

The Wind 1 s16 electric bike is a comfortable, lightweight option with an excellent battery and strong safety features. However, its pedal assist can feel a bit aggressive when it kicks in. Overall though, wonderful bike. I plan on purchasing another one

What an awesome ebike! Assembly took less than 30 min. The bike was packed perfect and nothing was damaged. On a side note the bike appears to have red and white stickers in the add (at least thats what I thought) but actually they are white and hot pink which is perfect for my fiance. She's going to love it! The build quality is great and it appears to be an all around solid budget friendly ebike! ... show more

A mega fail. Never felt less safe on any bike or motored vehicle. So many issues. The throttle goes from not working to being FAR too sensitive- literally flying off the handle. The battery goes from 60% to zero. The bike is waaaaay too heavy. Does not fold. Not nearly as comfortable as a thing its size should be. I owned and rode many e-bikes- this was hands down the absolute worst. I hope they take back this total lemon. It should not be sold on amazon. ... show more

Our first issue was the front brakes not working. Then, the tires wore out in about 90 days of very sporadic use. Then came the back brake pads needing replaced because the originals were the worst wearing material ever. Now, today, the throttle isn't wanting to work. Mind you, we have only had this for 8 months...of which 3 of the months were too cold to ride it. I expected more for over $800. ... show more

Absolutely amazing support, my kid loves the bike, range is great, sturdy. The only thing is that for me I feel somehow a slight unbalance on my hands when driving, like there is more weight in the left side, but the bike is great and it's a minor thing. Support is really great.
