The photo advertised appears lush, and the actual product is a bit slimmer, less poofy. The chair went together easily, however, the power cord is two sections which separate easily, rendering the chair worthless. Especially problematic for a elderly person who is not going to be able to navigate putting the cord back into the power block and will most likely be stuck in the chair in a recline position if the cord separates while he/she/they are in it. I am going to have to secure the two sections together in a safe manner to prevent this from happening. At this point we just set up the chair so we will have to see how it works a bit longer for a better review. ... show more

The chair has a broken right arm. Not very comfortable, cheap leather. Not pleased..returning. Company refunded the entire price of the chair. While I was disappointed in the quality of the chair, the company is fine.

I dislike nothing. Enjoy the quiet with segmented stops for easy adjustments. Heating and vibration means nothing to me except that added accessories give added problems.
