Lost a finger and nails trying to assemble the screws of the back part. They have to align perfectly. Suggest you to provide longer screws for the purpose.

I got this chair as a gift for Christmas and I love it! My first thought was how comfy and roomy it was. It reclines all the way back and has a footrest which makes a great combination for watching movies at your pc. The customer service is also amazing.
