I gave it a 4 because the medium is too small and I have average size torso. I’m 21 days post op and been wearing this for the past couple of days. I like how it’s thinner and comfortable than most binders. Flimsy but flexible and I can deal with it. I just hope that it was a little bigger because medium would’ve been perfect and L/XL will be too big.

I don’t know where all the good reviews are coming from but this is by far the worse garment I’ve ever bought. The compression is not good at all. And it’s too much material.

Bought this as an abdominal binder for my husband who is a high level paraplegic (for blood pressure and diaphragm assistance). It was nice at first, but quickly stretched out. The spandex/ stretchy material fragments and starts to create a very uncomfortable and unpleasant texture. It has 3 plastic stays in it, which is great for keeping the binder from rolling up, but those also eventually pop out of their stitches. Not worth the money imo but there's not many other options out there.
