Seems smaller than claims, but I actually needed 2 people to put it on correctly, tp line the velcro up. But, it does work for the most part though quite often it is uncomfortable but I usually just need to readjust it or get used to it, with that being said.. I do actuality like it, it comes in handy and it does fit though it doesn't fit the way I expected, and abit uncomfortable but it just takes a little time to adjust and get used too. This also helps with my rib pain when it is hurting, which surprised me because that I didn't expect.

I couldn't even believe how something as simple as this elastic binder, could make my life SO much better. I have an umbilical hernia that lately has been giving me pain and problems. Because of this, my day-to-day duties have been limited. It was out of sheer desperation, that I ordered these. When I got them, I put one on, and let me tell you, that if anyone would have been around me then, they would have heard me say "Ahhh" out loud, because of how much better it felt instantly. When deciding what size to purchase, I recommend NOT going by the size chart. This compression belt is supposed to be capable of being overlapped, quite a bit, when putting it on and adjusting it. I had ordered the smallest size for waists 30"-45". I am nowhere near the end of that size margin, but I had to use some amount of effort to be able to overlap it, and then fasten it. I only have a few inches of overlap, so there is No Way that the size chart is accurate. The size belt that I ordered, could never fit anyone with a 40 inch or larger waist. This size belt actually measures 36 inches, both straight out of the package, and also after wearing it for awhile. Even though it is stretchy, it is not SO stretchy, that it could possibly fit anyone with a 40 inch or larger waist. So please size up, to avoid disappointment. The width of this belt is 9 inches supposedly, and will fit higher or lower on your body, depending on how tall you are. My belt goes to multiple inches below my waistline, as I am only 5' 4". It pretty much covers my entire abdomen. The correct fit is achieved with this, by adequately tightening it, to prevent it from shifting and/or moving. On the other hand, it should not be overtightened either: It is for support, not a makeshift girdle. This is a lightweight, quality belt set, at an affordable price. I recommend it. There definitely are more expensive and more deluxe belts out there, but if you are wanting a "no frills" belt for just basic good ole support, as I was, then this might be a good choice. It also comes in black, two other sizes, and single packs, which can all be found on Amazon in the seller's store.

My niece and I are both finding comfort in this, mine was intended more for recovery from having a total hysterectomy and is helping like everything is just staying in a better healing position and is helping aid in recovery and helping keep from strains and pulls and anything that could injury or prolong healing time, my niece has her for pregnancy and she has started to wear it as her belly has been taking on more weight and starting to droop and giver her back pain. She will be using just in the beginning of this pregnancy and she wants to keep it stored for easy access when she heads to the hospital. She said she feels like this is something she wish she had with her first two and really believes it will be beneficial after having her baby when resting and recovering at home
