I received the scooter promptly which was nice, here's my notes: The QR Code on he scooter does not lead to the appropriate Google APP for the scooter, it errors out. The APP is called "lehweel" You can search for it on the google play store and it will come up just fine. When you have the plug in to charge the scooter the scooter will *not* turn on, remove the plug and the scooter will turn on just fine. Press the "M" button 3 times to enable/disable the running board lights they are off by default. The sport mode default limit is 12mph, I haven't figured out how to set it higher, but the race mode can go up to 29mph and the kick-in is high so be careful. You need to push the scooter a little for it from stationary to moving, it motor doesn't start in stationary position, just a small shove forward will do it. (this is a good thing) Front wheel gets a little wobbly at higher speeds above 25mph, be weary of that. Having a portable air pump is a must-have, the tire psi is 32 psi and you need to check it WEEKLY The bike lock/scooter lock if you want to lock your scooter to a pole the best one to get is the industrial heavy duty handcuff looking ones, which cuff the scooter shaft to a pole shaft with a simple wraparound. I'm 235lbs heavy at 6'2", and the scooter will hold up at least a 300lbs guy easily with minor slowness on the motor. There isn't enough room on the handlebar to add any accessories like a cellphone addon, but you can get a hanging bag that will fit under the front light without too many issues, there are some good ones and horrible ones out there so choose nicely, I got one that came with my scooter handcuff style lock that sort-of fits decently enough, fits the lockcuffs nicely. As I said balance is iffy after 25mph but it's near perfect below that. The Cunfon customer support responded in a timely manner and was helpful on every question to the point where I first wanted to return it but turned around and decided to keep it because it's positives outweighs the trouble of running it for the first time. I leave these notes for future people who purchase to answer any questions the lacking documentation has. I'm an out of shape 54 year old guy who wanted to change his lifestyle, the amount of excercise I get on this scooter is high, it's working everything on my body to riding it, it's been great, I highly recommend it for getting back into shape - take it slow though if you're out of shape like I am, each day you'll see your health get better from just managing balance while riding. ... show more

    • Good fun, short time of power and range.
Even as a bigger guy 280lbs it will go 31 mph but only for a min. The battery dies very quickly in the top mode(RACE) and if you are a big guy you will need to adjust the suspension. Overall it is comfortable and fun as hell. Just don’t expect to go anywhere near the 50 mile range. If you don’t mind going 9mph I’m sure you can achieve the 50 mile range but as a quick runner the battery isn’t going to last. ... show more

Here is the thing: the scooter looks and feels very nice. It is everything I was hoping for except the range. I took it to work, which is 5 miles from my house and I used the race mode, going as fast as 25 MPH and when I got there the battery was almost dying. The scooter so far is good as in good speed and good distance as said in description but my only thing is that for one I wish the front lights were able to aim higher, two the brakes started to squeak (something dw40 can fix) and three I wish this had electric brakes instead of only tire brakes. These aren’t any crazy deal breakers but if these problems weren’t here I’d be nice. ... show more
