For someone who is used to high stem preworkout, this is a good one. Taste great and mixes easily. Did give me great focus and energy! I would definitely try again. For those who don’t enjoy high stem preworkouts that give you a skin/tingly sensation then I would suggest trying this, but as I prefer those sensations in the beginning of my workouts, I went back to A.B.E. Preworkout ( bubblegum blast ) . Only reason I’m giving 4/5 is that I did end up going back to my previous preworkout as I feel it is a bit more intense and works better for me. ... show more
