Absolutely pleased with how this tool performs for its price. I used it with a cut-off disk and noticed that if I push it too hard, it will stop and need to be restarted. My Dewalt corded grinder would usually just keep going until it’s ready. It’s lightweight and easy to handle, and I really like the built-in wrench holder on the handle. Light weight but powerful. Only drawback is chuck button location to change discs a little awkward but getting better at it! Also, I've got several Ryobi tools, love them all so I can use same battery between tools.

    • Great grinder
If you don't have a cordless grinder you have to get one. It's a ryobi so don't expect it to be professional grade, but its great for home projects. Use a 4amp battery or higher for best results.

I have a every ryobi tool available.These are great tools for week end projects.This angle grinder shuts down every 20 secs.I guess it is motor protection.If this is normal under heavy loads you need a heavier duty grinder
