I love Ryobi! I have a complete set now. This light weight sander with dust collector is the perfect size. Doesn't come with battery but I have 4 so no issue for me. Very powerful and works beautifully.

    • Great sander for ryobi batteries
I needed to take off the bottom 1/8” of a door that had gotten wet and the wood expanded to make it drag on the floor. This fixed my problem in seconds. I was surprised at how well this sander works.

    • The 18v Ryobi One is a great system, with interchangeable batteries.
On/off switch is difficult to use. It is a push button switch beneath a protective rubber cover, which may be too thick, as it is difficult to push on and off. Requires two hands. Also, it seems a battery charge does not last long. Motor draws too much current?

    • Nice cordless sander
Pros: reasonable price, well made, relatively quiet, balanced despite the weight of the battery. Cons: weight, the dust collector affixes by friction and will pop off if bumped. I have four other tools in the Ryobi One + line up that all use the same battery so that is a real plus.
