    • Don't waste your money!
This is tgw worst designed piece of equipment I have ever purchased! The battery is next to impossible to remove, the bag is unwieldy and hard to take on and off and there is no shoulder strap so the entire weight of the bag pulls on the handle. The battery pack is extremely heavy and exhausting to use. I've used this thing exactly twice and the where attachment broke the first time. Im throwing this out and will purchase another brand!!     • Faulty zipper
Was excited to receive the leaf vacuum but very disappointed when the zipper broke on the second use. I thought it would be fine I would just let the mulched leaves blow out and land where they may but, since the now useless bag hangs on the front, without a bag, it just blows the leaves you want to mulch away from you because the outake blows to the front. Why you would use a plastic zipper on something that is going to get a fine dusting of leaves every time you empty it is beyond me. We are going to try and make a tube system out of the black drain hose you put on your gutter spouts to keep the water away from house. Wish us luck! If it wasn’t for the bag, I would have gave it 5 stars. Heck, if I could have mulched without the bag I would have gave it 4 stars but we can’t even do that without modifying it. Though it is on the heavy side, the wheel on the front helps tremendously. Suction was great and best part was no gas needed! ... show more

BEST LEAF VACUUM EVER. My wife bought a cheap knockoff leaf blower/vacuum from Amazon. It stopped working and I said wait RYOBI been good to me so far, let’s try this leaf vacuum. BEST LAWN EQUIPMENT I’VE BOUGHT. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    • Poor design
I used to suck up leaves in my yard. It vacuums well and does a great job at chopping up the leaves to save space and bag time. My yard is not that big, 50' x 30'. It took a long time to do this job. The wheels are useless on uneven ground. The bag is way too large, when it's half way full it drags on the ground and knocks the hook attachment from the tube, the hook on the tube faces down instead of upward. Also with the bag half full the whole unit becomes very heavy. I am 230lbs and was a weight lifter in college. After using this for 2 hours my arms and shoulders were extremely sore. This unit also drains the battery quickly, you'll need a spare as it takes nearly 3 hours to charge. If you rake your leaves up into a pile and then use this item, you'll get the most benefit, don't waste your money. Taking is faster and less work. ... show more

the bag hook comes undone and to make it easier you could put moveable wheels on the bottom of the bag ,the bottom bumps on the ground and will wear out. for now iput duct tape on the bottom your vender has to be cheaper -same item Home Depot brand new and you don't have to buy the battery's i already have a 40 volt mower it came with two 40 volt batterys .price $120 ..Brand new with out the batterys.this is for the mulcher let me be clear. ... show more

    • Disappointment, Worthless and Time Consuming
Shipping was so fast. It was ordered kn 11/24 and arrived 11/28. I was excited to start using it to clean up the dry leaves in the driveway and small backyard. I used it for exactly 15mins mulching the leaves until it became clogged. It took 45 minutes to disconnect and unclog. I was able to mulch for less than 5 mins until it became clogged again. Again i unclogged the small amount of dry leaves. I forgot to mention that I removed all little sticks. So sticks were not the problem. Afterwards it was unclogged again. Removing again a very small amount of dry leaves. I attempted again to turn on the machine and this time the motor was working but no suction. I spent half of the day trying to mulch and did not get 1/2 of a bag of mulch. I am so frustrated and tired. The design does not make sense. It is much too heavy with the bag less than 1/2 full, with cheap plastic wheels so you have to bend to use. It does not have a strap to to help carry this heavy piece of equipment.     • Just what I needed
We purchased this product to pick up Memosa tree blossoms. It works perfect. We love the Ryobi products. Nice to have a cordless product to work outside. A bit heavy when using, but considering my age 😜, it works great! We have three other Ryobi products, we always have a battery charging so there is always a charged battery, if the one you are using goes out. Very happy with our purchase!! ... show more
