I needed a rug for my side of the bed since the floor is tile. I chose this one because I liked the size and the muted color scheme in blue. It looks stylish and does its job--my feet don't touch the cold tile in the winter months! The only reason I didn't rate it with five stars is that it is a bit slippery on the tile. I am careful to step carefully. I have no doubt that a couple of pieces of that sticky rug tape that you put on the back would totally solve this problem. Ordered this to replace a small rug inside our front door. It looks great and I was pleasantly surprised at how soft and comfortable it is. My dog has taken to using it as his favorite resting spot any time we're at all close to the front of the house. The only negative is that it easily slides around on our hardwoods. I did not deduct any stars for that, since it mentions it in the description, so I knew that was a thing. Just reiterating it here to stress that. The same pup that loves laying on it also unintentionally moves it all around any time he gets excited at the door. After finding it in my office a few times from it sliding around, I ordered some cheap anti-slip tabs to put on the bottom, and now it hasn't moved at all in over a week! This is a thinner type rug. It comes folded and per the instructions, its says to lay it flat for about a week for the folds to come out. My last picture is after 4 days and almost all the folds were out. This carpet would be great to put on top of a carpet because it is thin. I decided to use it in my bathroom on the tile and I needed to put a grip mat underneath because it was sliding around. I was able to use my vacuum on a medium setting and the carpet cleaned nicely. No complaints really. It's pretty durable and doesn't take up too much floor space. it comes folded but will flatten out and you'll never see any fold lines . I like my rug. It's a good rug. Really ties the room together.
