These were better than expected. I needed something simple for my metal French doors. The adhesive Velcro for the top was super strong and the magnets are great quality. Even though the fabric is a bit stretched to span the width of the window, the magnets grip perfectly. And if I leave the curtains up, they don’t easily slide down or anything. Even with a curious cat and children, these are holding up very well. Easy installation - just sticking the adhesive Velcro in place. They are pretty thick - thicker than I expected - and block light well. They aren’t like movie theater black out kind of light blocking, but they are very good. Fabric looks nice and smooth. They don’t look like cheap makeshift curtains at all. I mainly got them to keep the sun and heat out and they’ve been great.

I give it 4 stars. It's good at what it does when installed properly - blocks out 99.9% outside light - room was pitch dark on a sunny day. Those are the positives. If there ever was a better and improved version, I just wish it was a bit thicker and had a layer of the same color on the backing material as the inside, mostly for aesthetic reasons for the outside of the window. Having a black backing outside soft of looks like a garbage bag in the window. It would have been a 5 star product if the color was uniform on both sides.

Needed better light & privacy coverage for narrow side light windows on my front door. I did not use the adhesive mount as I already had magnetic curtain rods. Magnets are strong enough to support the cloth. Perfect for my needs. Haven't used the for summer sun coming in yet.

Worst thing I ever saw, a black plastic bag is just as good as this. NO DIRECTIONS, I watched video and this is not the product and same video, there was no magnets on it. No idea how to put tie backs. Worst product don’t waste your time!!!

We love natural fibers in all forms. This curtain/panel is made of linen. There are plastic rods to assemble to put into the curtain. It's okay, but it's not a blackout shade in any way shape or form, but the material is a good quality! THANK YOU AMAZON VINE PROGRAM!!!
