For the price you can’t beat it. Got my old one replaced myself. I don’t care if it only lasts a year. Time will tell seems like decent quality to me but I’m no awning expert and this was my first time.

I ordered this awhile back and have been waiting for the temps to drop here in Arizona to install this with my 2 sons. Finally got around to doing it this Labor Day Weekend. The material is appropriately heavy and I found no defects in its construction. The installation goes much easier if 3 people are doing the installation and 2 ladders are used. We looked at the instructions that came with the awning and compared them with different method shown on YouTube. We followed the YouTube process as it looked easier. I was still some work but the installation went smoothly. My RV is always parked out in the Arizona sun and I typically get 5-6 years before the material disintegrates where it attaches to the RV rail. In 5 or 6 years I will be back to Amazon hoping that this awning is still available
