My 10 year old travel trailer awning was getting worn out. The edges were cracked and light was starting to come through in spots, so it was time for a new one. I measured and got this one, and it looks great and seems heavier duty than my original! It was not hard to install, but I had help. It might be difficult with just one person. It looks really nice and makes the camper look like new again! The price seems on par with other manufacturers, but this seems heavier duty than some others. I highly recommend!

This awning has worked perfectly for me. I have been using heavy duty tarps on a lean-to in order to provide shade for my chickens. The tarps usually last about a year before they need replacing. This awning is much heavier duty and I expect will last a very long time. The white helps reflect the heat to keep them cooler and shaded. It's plenty durable to keep them protected during downpours and was very simple to install. I would choose this any day before trying another tarp.
