The item seems to be of good quality, time will tell. It came with a roll of tape and some strapping material, no useful instructions and idea what either are for. We watched various youtube videos (none matched or our awning style exactly but we managed to learn enough to get it installed.

The awning fine BUT the inserts included are not installed. The 2 for the tube end were correct. The 1 for the other end was to small and slipped out. I had to remove the old 1 and slide it into the new awning witch was very tight and difficult. The end result is nice but the inserts should have been installed.
