Very nice, seem well made, shades are super nice and a clever design, led bulbs are included. There are two things I did not care for, the first is the "harp" as they call it. That's the bracket that holds the lampshade. The attachment to the lamp is not very sturdy, if you bump the lampshade it may come off. The second is the instructions, wow, are they lame. I purchased this small pair of swing arm table lamps to replace a pair of older, very large table lamps in my previous home in my new, down-sized living room. I really like the adjustability, overall style, and quality. The lamps were easy to put together, and the collapsable shades (a feature new to me) look surprisingly good--no noticeable wrinkles. My only source of dissatisfaction is that they're more diminutive than I'd anticipated, and the small bulb--which was included--is correspondingly dim. Even so, the lamps are attractive and adequate. I purchased these lamps for bedside tables in the master bedroom. The height of the lamps is appropriate and the finish is attractive. However, there 2 design flaws. First, the lower swing arm is fixed in one position. Only the upper swing arm rotates clockwise, or counterclockwise, without any restriction. Second, the unconventional design of the harp is less stable than standard harps and is easily dislodged from the base. ... show more

TLDR: if you want a quality lamp that will last, look elsewhere. There are fundamental design issues that make this very overpriced for $50 / lamp (current price). I don't take the time to review most things, but the design of this lamp really annoyed me, and I will return it. The pictures match what it looks like, but it's really just lipstick on a pig. The positives: the lamp turns on and USB power works okay. The negatives: Lampshades tend to not fit level / horizontal, so you end up with a lamp that looks lopsided; adjustment is finicky and inconsistent at best, involving bending things around and hoping it looks better. The "harp" or piece of metal which holds the lampshade has a poor design in my opinion. Basically you bend it to fit inside the socket and there are no slots for it to fit in, so it can easily pop out if you bump the lampshade. The switch on the lamp only faces to the right (given cord end of lamp is the back) when lamp is unextended (it is on the extension arm, which means it can be flipped around, but then it is extended). It would have been cleaner to allow for both arms to rotate (only top arm rotates) or to put the switch stationary in the front of the lamp. The base needs to be heavier or the arm needs to be better counterweighted as there is a tendency for the lamp to easily tip over if you have the lamp arm extended. The bottom of the base is felt that feels like it was slapped on to cover the electronics; doesn't feel like it will last and could be possibly unsafe. ... show more
