Some spots I had to put more than one coat but that's normal. Make sure you stir it before use to prevent spots from not matching gloss wise. It is also humid right now and this wall is in a room with out ac so it took a little longer to dry but that is the humidity not the product. Overall great product. ... show more

Here is for you to judge. I messed up my hardwood floor paint with some DOT 3 fluid. Cleaned it, sanded it, cleaned it again and applied a single coat with a soft sponge and that’s the result. First time for me doing something like that but looks pretty legit to me.

I could not find this in a satin finish but I used this to refinish a bathroom wood countertop. It is very glossy and like all oil-based stains, slow to dry and messy to clean up. This is the only place I would use a oil-based stain+poly. It would be ugly on furniture.

The color is completely off, not as pictured at all and not what shown on the can! When I opened the can and stirred it well the stain looked black-grey. I used it on a small area and of course it came out as pale gray! Was I shipped an old/expired product?! I can't return it and I won't buy this again! ... show more
