I use this with electrical tape to tape off the lip area of tumblers I am doing. I put the tape on the lip then set the height of the area I want to leave bare and just cut the excess tape off. It's easy peasy. Easy to assemble and easy to disassemble and store when not in use. You do need to look around a bit for razor blades to use. This can also be used to create a trim clean edge of epoxy before epoxy has fully cured OR you can use a heat gun to soften the epoxy to allow you to trim it.

I've used this but it's not the easiest thing to do. It looks simple but keeping the tumbler flat and turning and make sure it cutting correctly, feels complicated, but it could be just me, so far I'm not a big fan of it.

I received mine today and according to the user manual it is supposed to include 3 blades. I only had 2. And I have to make adjustment to the blade housing base because it is lopsided. Hopefully I can work with it as-is. The price is not bad but, having to buy a set of blades separately because one was missing originally doesn't really make it cost-effective. The size of this item is good and doesn't take up space. I will have to come back and update on the functionality and durability because only time will tell.
