This works perfect in making tumblers. I tape off the lip of the cup and spin it round this tool. it allows me to get a perfect line of tape every time

I unpacked this item and apparently there is a blade already in position and not labeled nor foam to protect yourself. I accidentally ran my finger over it and cut it pretty badly so I had to put my own label. Other than that it works as intended.

I’m so mad… at myself! I don’t know why I wasted the last 3 years trying to meticulously tape the edges of my cups or trying to rig some device with my exacto knife to trim the tape when I could have just bought this sooner. I only got it today, so I cannot comment on the longevity or durability. I can say that it feels solid and well constructed and that it is super easy and comfortable to use. It’s reasonably priced, so if you’re on the fence, try it. Even if you don’t love it, you’re not out that much money. My only complaint is that I’m a dummy and ordered replacement blades at the same time, not realizing that this does not use standard replacement blades.
