I work a stressful job in healthcare and by midday, need to leave the building for my own sanity. I can now eat lunch in peace and it’s dark enough to meditate afterward. I used newspaper to trace a window pattern and divided the Velcro tabs in half. It was easy to trim down the shades and I make it reversible for different seasons.
