I walk for about an hour several times a week, averaging around 10 to 15 miles in a week. I wear Nikes and my feet get sore so I thought I would try new insoles. These ones fit perfectly in my shoes, I bought the xs, I wear a size 7 in women's. The heal of the insole is too thick, so it pushed my foot forward so my toes felt squished and it raised my heal so it didn't fit snuggly into the heal of the shoe. After about 40 minutes/2.5 miles my toes hurt and my heal rubbed so much I could barely walk. I ended up cutting my walk short and taking the insoles out. These could possibly be comfortable in different shoes that have more room. ... show more

To begin everyone's feet are different so this review is based of my feet lol The insole is very thin from the mid section or just past the arch in the sole, so much so you could feel a lot of impact definitely no forgiveness.
