I was very skeptical about the coat but for the cost I gambled. It turned out the coat was better than I thought it would be. I had a funeral to go to and right now in Vermont the temperature is in the 20s. I ordered the coat 1 size larger because I was using this as an overcoat for my suit and it fit great, plus it kept me warm in the graveyard. I don't give many reviews but this coat earned it. This is by far the best coat I've ever owned. It's warm, lightweight, has great buttons, and a good collar. My two only complaints are that the right sleeve ripped the first time I tried to wear it and that I wish the collar was bigger.

Only thing that was guess work was the length of the item. I'm 5'8", purchased the XL black and it goes down to the middle of my calves, basically about 4 inches above my ankles which is good. The material is soft and the interior is comfortable. The listing calls it a peacoat, and I have had two different individuals comment on it being a peacoat. I can understand the confusion.
