To say I am both appalled and disgusted would be an understatement!!! I received this rug thinking it was going to be perfect for the area I needed. I opened it and right away smelled something very bad, but thought maybe it was just the packaging. Boy was I wrong. I unrolled the rug and literally could not believe my eyes. This rug was stained all to he** and smells like literal feces. It was CLEARLY a used/returned rug and was just sent right back out!! Unreal! I have honestly never seen anything like this. You’d think it would be standard business practice to inspect returns. Apparently not!! The second I unrolled it and picked my jaw up off the floor, I took the rug straight out to my garage to take photos, then straight the to trash bin. How awful! ... show more

This low pile rug somehow feels exceptionally plush and soft underneath my feet. It compliments my Scandinavian style furniture and decor, and adds a sense of coziness or hygge to my bedroom. The soft ivory is calming to the eyes, and its neutral palette and subtle pattern would go well with other interior design styles.
