This drum set is great and easy to assemble! The responsiveness is quite impressive for a kit in this price range. I love that my daughter and I can enjoy using it together. The sound quality is great and connects to a speaker easily. It has 20 different drum kits pre-set into the brain of the set and is extremely user friendly and easy to use. Also, a big plus is when we're done with it we can just fold it up and stick it in the corner where it hardly takes up any space. For the price you can't go wrong. We love it!!

I love playing this thing! I love all the different types of drum kits that are programmed into it. The instructions are not great, so it (frustratingly) took me a while to figure out the exact configuration for using it to record on a DAW. It does not work as a MIDI instrument as it states, as far as I can tell. I've bought so many different types of cords trying to figure out what works. If your intention is to record music, you need to use an audio interface and not the MIDI setup it says in the instructions. You will need the MIDI cable, but it'll need to be hooked up into the speaker port instead of the designated output port. Also, when you hit the snare in a particular way, it sometimes hits the crash for whatever reason. The kit is a nice size for adults and children. I don't love looking at all the wires coming out of it, but that's obviously necessary for the setup. Also, when you use Bluetooth audio to play along with, it cuts out constantly. I would also recommend getting a different throne as this one is uncomfortable, falls apart, and is difficult to adjust. Despite all these things, I would still purchase this again. It's great for an adult beginner just looking to learn to play.

Huge "red flag "is that this company has removed it's web site, so no extra sounds or service at all. The kit itself is cheap and nasty and I would not recommend it at all.
