If you're on the fence due to the cost being significantly higher than the competitor brands.... don't be! This is far more superior and very well made. I think you get what you pay for when you try to skimp and take the cheaper/less expensive route. Comes with a designated hook that's almost the shape of a paperclip but obviously much stronger and also a cute round rubber tag silencer. It's just perfect! I'm an extremely satisfied customer. This has far exceeded my expectations!

My dog's neck is 12", so I ordered the 11-14" size. Just too small, even after adjusting it the best I could. The clasp is easier to open than other brands I tried this time, and that helps with old hands. But had to send it back.
