Top-Tier Collar for Training and Control – Built to Last
Size: 14"-20"
Color: Basalt Gray
This Ruffwear Chain Reaction Martingale Collar is hands down one of the best collars I’ve used for on-leash walking and training. The martingale style gives just the right amount of gentle correction without choking or hurting my dog, making walks more controlled without stress—for both of us. The Basalt Gray color is sleek and understated, and the build quality is exactly what you'd expect from Ruffwear: durable, sturdy, and thoughtfully designed. The chain section is smooth and doesn't catch fur, and the hardware feels solid and reliable. I also love the added features like the separate ID tag attachment point (with a silencer!) and the reflective accents for better visibility during early morning or evening walks. This collar strikes a perfect balance between function, comfort, and durability. Ideal for medium to large dogs who need a bit more guidance on leash. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone serious about quality gear for their pup.

The best quality collar.
Size: 20"-26"
Color: Basalt Gray
I purchased another collar just like this one. I have used this collar on all my dogs for the past 15 years. I love this collar. Very sturdy, my Dobermans have never broken any of these collars. It is a half-woven collar and half-choker chain with extra reinforcement. I had to replace the collar as the tag attachment broke off. I bought another collar just like this one. Great looking collar but it will stain and dirty the neck of your dog. Great looking collar but it will stain and dirty the neck of your dog.
This is a great quality collar. As other reviewer‘s have mentioned my only complaint is that it turned my dogs neck dark gray and kind of dirty feeling. The collar itself is nice looking and a good color. It fits my dog well and works as a training collar. I plan to try washing it to see if the chain links will stop staining my dog.

Love this!
I have a growing puppy who is quickly getting g to strong for me. I was having a problem with him slipping out of his leash when on walks when he get scared of cars and stuff. No more! This collar is amazing. Definitely worth the money spent. I have it as small as it will go and it works amazing! I still struggle with his strength but it is much easier with this collar and no more worries about him slipping out of it. There is also plenty of room for him to grow. Not only that but it looks great on him. Than
