My ritual each morning is to make a latte. I have tried a wide range of the compatible brands of pods with very splotchy results where its quality of coffee, or the packaging not working well in my Nesspresso machine. I saw Rosso and what drew me to this was that it's not trying to be cheap. This isn't an attempt to lure you in by a low-low price. No! What grabbed my attention was the array and depth of the assortment provided. Eight different depths of flavor. Real coffee flavor - not artificially flavored novelty coffees but real, honest-to-goodness coffee. I am so impressed by the coffee that I'm a repeat customer. Let's talk the two most important aspects in purchasing a pod compatible with your machine: The quality of the coffee and the quality of the packaging of the pods. The coffee is first rate and delivers a satisfying cup of joe. You won't go wrong with Rosso. But it won't matter how good the coffee is if the pod doesn't have the right pressure. You know what I'm talking about. There has to be a pillow of air inside and enough pressure that the membrane yields slightly but isn't so tight coffee explodes everywhere when punctured for brewing. Rosso's pods are carefully packaged with the proper tension across the foil top sealing label. They are also fairly consistent without wild deviations in over-puffed or limply-sealed pods. This matters in how the coffee brews. Rosso delivers the goods in careful packaging. Lastly, they offer an opportunity to receive a ceramic mug perfect for enjoying a cuppa. I love mine. All of the blends taste delicious, a huge variety of flavors but all of them good (and they actually taste how the packaging describes). Loads of pods for not much money. Dismantling them for recycling is a bit fiddly and kind of annoying, but very grateful that they're easily recyclable. Included was an offer for a free mug that shipped to us for free, which arrived within a week and is very nice quality. ... show more

Consistent quality and a wonderful cup of espresso. Hubs does a splash of cream. I make double shot iced lattes. Always great. Last order I got a code for a cute little espresso cup. I registered for it and it showed up that week. Super impressed with this company. I’m sure the cup wasn’t expensive but the hubby has claimed it as his and he loves it. A really great touch. So far love all the flavors. Packing is great and the colors make it easy to pick variety. My concern is something I experienced before....my nesspreso machine has a lot of trouble with some of the pods. Water only trickles out and take much longer to brew a cup. I worry about added stress put on my machine. Taste seems ok and it makes the same amount of coffee, machine just seems to struggle. Seems to vary by pod not by flavor. I am comparing to nesspreso brand pods, which are very consistent. ... show more

Very nice flavor variety and value for the money. There are 8 varieties that range in intensity and each variety box has a nice description. I like straight espresso as well as a really strong americano and my wife likes really sweet cappuccino's and this package fits both of our needs. I'm using a Ninja Espresso & Coffee Barista machine that takes original Nespresso capsules and it works great. I'd say about 30% of the capsules on the outer part of the package were dented but not enough to prevent the machine from puncturing them appropriately. I tested a dented capsule against a non-dented capsule and the espressos appeared and tasted the same. I would definitely buy again. ... show more

29-Jan-2024 After reading my review, Rosso reached out and made things right by refunding my order, which was awfully kind of them. I think I'd be willing to take another chance at buying this product since when the pods work the coffee is pretty good. 25-Jan-2024 The capsules seem like a good bang for the buck, but I found out that there are a fair amount of faulty ones in the bunch. The capsules that work should look inflated (like the one on the right in the picture). If they look deflated like the one on the left that I'm pointing to, they fail. When the capsule fails the water/coffee mix is released inside the machine and drips out the bottom. The capsule also has trouble getting dropped when you open the top next time around. So it feels as if the machine is broken. This had me concerned until I learned how to differentiate the capsules. I would say 1/3-1/2 of my capsules are failures (eye balling it), but I didn't put this together until after the return window closed :( bummer. Hope this helps someone else out. ... show more

Is a good value of money, tasteful, but a bit too bitter And as other comments mentioned, for me too 1 in 5 caps doesn’t fit properly in nespresso machine, pouring just water and forcing the machine work
