They're designed to mount on the posts that hold the roof, but if you have a rain enclosure you can't use those since the clamp wraps entirely around. So I bought a squared-tube, cut it to length and created a cross member on which to mount them. The good news is that they attach sturdily, the bad news is that they just don't push enough air to really do the job. They help, but on hot days I would need a bank of them. ... show more

Nice little fan, however if you have a Sunbrella on your cart you can't put it on the front. Love how it attaches to the frame and you can put it on the back frame. However, the cord doesn't reach the USB port on the cart. It also won't run unless you have a separate power pack. I will be returning the fan. It also, does have a somewhat high pitch noise when running one the top 2 speeds. I do wish all fans attached to golf carts like this one does. ... show more
