Absolutely love this power rack. The cables are smooth, the rack functions as they say it does, it was superrrr easy to assemble and install (the hardware is literally labeled by step number). Feels sturdy and it’s definitely well designed. Can’t beat the price either.

This power cage is perfect for a beginner in home gym. It allows you to train your chest, arms, core, legs and back. The device allows you to adjust the pulley system to 20 different positions for different range of motions. It includes a 360 degree landmine, battle rope anchor, weight storage pins, barbell holders, lat pull down bar, v handle, rowing bar, tricep rope, cable handles, foot board, j hooks, safety arms, dip bars, chain and barbell spring clamps. The entire package came in two separate shipments. The instructions were simple to follow and did not take too long to assemble. Once fully assembled the power cage is very sturdy and allows for a full body work out all in one place. I am very satisfied with the product and could not be happier.

IF O COULD GIVE 0 stars I would have. This would have required ripping dry wall die to put up mounting brackets behind, ie screwing in a bunch of boards in the exterior of the wall, so I said no thanks I’ll return. To return was the biggest hassle. This company’s customer service is TERRIBLE. I tried over and over to schedule a return pick up for this and they would not do anything to assist. I had to call fed ex and then fed ex wanted to charge me A zillion dollars because this item Is heavy. Even thought the product says free returns. I am way too small to be able to pick this up on my own.

This has exceeded my expectations. From quality of product to functionality and extras built in. So glad I bought this. The packaging had no issues or broken parts and was well protected even with its heavy weight contents. The install bolts & parts were packaged and organized different than I have seen before and makes the build so much easier and enjoyable to assemble.

This power rack is an absolutely incredible value! It’s built very strong, and assembly is straightforward for an average DIY - although the instructions are a bit unclear in some parts. My biggest complaint about the instructions is that all the dimensions are in millimeters, so for US customers everything had to be converted manually to inches. My other complaint is that the provided hardware DOES NOT INCLUDE anything for mounting to wood studs or drywall - it ONLY includes hardware for mounting into a concrete wall. Separate hardware has to be purchased for mounting into wood studs (NOTE: It’s required that 8 out of the 16 bracket holes (four on each side) MUST be securely anchored into wood studs for safety.

Assembly: Designed for concrete wall anchoring. If other construction you will need to get appropriate lag screws to anchor to the wall. This is the ONLY thing that wasn't perfect. The video on amazon helped tremendously with the assembly. Quality: the parts all seem to be of high quality. I have been using it for about a week and love the smoothness of all moving parts (i do not use it as a squat rack due to knee issues). I use this for mostly upper body workouts. The most impressive thing to me is how this system allows for the use of dumbbells rather than just plate weights. This is a HUGE plus for me as I did not have to purchase more weights and can very quickly change weights (faster than changing plates and clamps). I use this in my garage and folding it takes less than 2 minutes (I would argue about 1 minute). I feel that if it took 5 minutes, I would be less likely to use it. By folding it, I am still able to drive in to my garage normally and this save me space! Overall, I would recommend this for anyone looking to add to their home gym while still keeping the price down and maintaining high quality.
