This power cage is perfect for a beginner in home gym. It allows you to train your chest, arms, core, legs and back. The device allows you to adjust the pulley system to 20 different positions for different range of motions. It includes a 360 degree landmine, battle rope anchor, weight storage pins, barbell holders, lat pull down bar, v handle, rowing bar, tricep rope, cable handles, foot board, j hooks, safety arms, dip bars, chain and barbell spring clamps. The entire package came in two separate shipments. The instructions were simple to follow and did not take too long to assemble. Once fully assembled the power cage is very sturdy and allows for a full body work out all in one place. I am very satisfied with the product and could not be happier.

I have wanted to add a squat rack and ropes for sometime now to my home gym; however, traditional equipment would take up too much room in my roughly 10 ft x 10 ft area that I have. I was excited to find this equipment, but more excited to get it installed and use it. I've been using this equipment for about a week now and has been a fantastic investment in my health. The folding design saves space in my relatively small exercise area. The cable cross is a fantastic addition for my workout routine to help with shoulder strength and mobility, being that I have shoulder issues from playing too much volleyball in my younger years. Prior I was using strength bands, which was a good for the price, but this should help build strength/stability. All in all this is a fantastic addition to my home exercise area.

From the Female Perspective: The directions to put this thing together are 10/10!!! Everything is numbered, labeled, and the pictures actually make sense. In our house, I read the instructions, he uses the tools. First time we didnt argue putting something together in ages!! Also, quality is super high and the whole system is freaking awesome. So many options! From the Male Perspective: Super effective machine that doesn't take up too much space. Able to have this and my boxing equipment all in one space. Couldn't be better for what we needed!

Very surprised. I had my doubts with how smooth the cables worked. 6/10 on cables. Even with skate board wax helped a little. Everything else was simple to install. I had to buy sheet rock hard which was fine. Very happy. Great for starters or beginners. If they could have an upgraded weight holder that used bearings to guide the weight up and down it would be amazing.
