My kids put their bikes through the wringer, and they have held up great. We ordered a new bike for my daughter because she sized up - when we received the new bike, the bearing was broken on the back wheel causing the wheel to shake and the chain to come off. I contacted support and they sent me a replacement tire that I received 3 days later. Unfortunately, the tire wasn’t the correct model for the bike, so I reached out again and they replaced the entire bike. The process was so smooth and easy and Akash was amazing. Super kind and professional. While it is a bummer the bike was broken, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and my girl got her new bike. This bike is lightweight, but sturdy enough. Only time will tell how well it'll hold up. It's a beautiful bike and my kid loves it. I knocked off 1 star because the package was beaten up when it arrived, the mud guard keeps twisting around despite being tighten to the fullest, and the seat was horribly uncomfortable. I wish the seat has more padding and a little bigger for tweens to comfortably sit on. For an ergonomic bike, it sure has an awful support for the rider's bottom! I chose this brand of bike for my son because they come with high quality training wheels. My son is a small adult, but has issues that keep him from riding a regular bike. He's outgrown his strider bike, and really wanted a real bike and learn how to pedal. The bike itself was relatively easy to assemble and seems like excellent heavy duty quality. However, it was disappointing to find that the 20" bike does not come with training wheels as stated. There was a customer service tag included that said to go to Royal Baby Amazon page to get accessories "like training wheels for 18"/20" bike" however, they do not sell their "never bent" ones as an accessory after all. I tried to call the customer service number, and there was no answer, and would automatically hang up. I had to find a set of heavy duty ones elsewhere for $38 which added to the cost of the bike in general, and made it less value for money spent. ... show more
