Two weeks ago, my husband and I went for a bike ride and stopped at a kayak and canoe storage area with picnic tables overlooking a lake. As we prepared to get back on our bikes, my husband walked down a cement kayak ramp to test the water. Unfortunately, his sneakers slipped on algae, and as he grabbed for the loose handrail, he fell hard onto his side—striking his head with tremendous force against the cement. I watched it happen and was terrified. Honestly, if he hadn’t been wearing his Livall bike helmet, I believe the outcome could have been fatal - or he might have drowned. I am recovering from knee replacement surgery and would not have been able to help him quickly, and emergency services would have taken too long to arrive. Thankfully, his helmet did its job perfectly. He was sore and bruised, but had no concussion or head injury, and his x-rays confirm there was no lasting damage. He still has a bruise on his neck, but we are so grateful for the protection your helmet provided. Quite simply: your product saved his life. Thank you for designing a product that protected my husband when he needed it most. We are truly grateful. FYI - we bought this one as a replacement (same model). I highly recommendit!

helmet is good, but the remote and rear lights are really cheap and can't be seen. the remote disconnects 100% of the time. So the blinker function is worthless. You will be finished with the turn before the remote connects.

NOT WORTH $145. It looks cool but the quality of speakers , they are not loud enough. And yeah, it does not hold the charge. I had it charging all night . Went for a ride the battery died within an hour.... the price of the helmet has gone up. But the quality it has gone down. It is NOT worth $145.

The overall design and venting is great. Easy connectivity and sturdy construction. You can't expect much from the speakers when riding in windy conditions, but on a calm ride it can be great background music. I was surprised at how well I could hear when taking calls, even in the wind; very clear and uninterrupted. The adjustable head strap is perfect, so you can dial in to fit your head, and is very comfortable. The lights on the back are nice to have, would be great to have a light in front; the remote and turn signals work as intended. Overall a great helmet with nice features for the money. ** Unfortunately, I can attest to the strength of the helmet. Short story is I went down at 20+mph, and landed directly on my head. While I did concuss, expected due to the force of the hit, and the helmet is damaged, the helmet saved my head as the potential was ugly. Can't say too much for my knee, hip, arm, and shoulder lol, but thank goodness I bought this helmet and was wearing it on my ride. I highly recommend this helmet.

Love the safety features and Bluetooth always works fine but I have had lots of problems connecting to the remote. Many times it will not connect at all. Other times it connects but stops working during my ride. Right now it connects but only the directional buttons work. I have two remote controllers and both have the same issues.

This was my second Livall helmet. The first lasted for a few years. I had intermittent battery charging problems, but I always thought I simply forgot to plug it in or that the charger connection end was not seated properly. The second helmet exhibited the same problems, but much sooner. I realized that the helmets are faulty. The company is not responsive, so i will replace this helmet with a competing brand.

The sound is muffled and staticky. The remote does not work to adjust the volume or switch songs. The most troubling experience while riding was when the interior plastic strap popped out, and the helmet was no longer secure. I was able to stop and pop the strap back, but everyone may not be able to fix it at the moment it happens. I've been on a few rides and only had the helmet for three months. Bluetooth connection helmets for music are hard to find. I had a COROS helmet for years, and I did not have these problems due to their helmet design.
