It is made with quality materials that I can trust. It never smelled bad. I have purchased 5 of these pillows in queen size and love them as the firmness can be adjusted by removing some of the fill. The fill in these pillows feels good and doesn't surround your head it supports it. NOW I HAVE A PROBLEM...I just purchased the same pillow in a KING SIZE wanting a wider pillow. Upon receiving the pillow all seemed fineas the pillows arrive compressed and have to be allowed.to expand which I did for a couple days but where the Queen size pillows expanded to a very firm state this KING SIZE has not and I did not remove any of the fill which I had done with the Queen size pillows to adjust the firmness. This KING pillow apparently did not have enough fill in it to begin with to expand to the firmness similar to that of the Queen pillows. I reached out via the phone number listed on the website and had to leave my phone number and name and told I would get a call back. I hope the company can ship me more fill to add to my pillow as I really like the Queen size and hope a bit mor fill can fix the lack of firmness with the King size. Update: I was contacted by the seller and they are going to send me additional shredded foam filler. We tried a couple ways to possibly improve the existing filler's firmness but didn't work one way was putting the pillow in the dryer and running it on the low heat setting for 10 min but it did not improve the firmness...it is obvious to me.that for some.reason this King size pillow did not contain the approprite amount of filler or and I hope this is not the problem...perhaps the King.size just doesn't expand to the same.level of firmness as the Queen size.
