I absolutely love this wax warmer! It's a perfect size, VERY elegant because of the fireplace look and the BEST feature of all is the clean-up. The holder is made of silicone, so the used wax literally comes right out! Just let it harden and boom, remove it from the tray. It's awesome! They work well in any room. I purchased 6 and have one in each bathroom, two bedrooms, the kitchen and living room. Lastly, it fits a good amount of wax cubes to give off a good scent when placed in a large area. I would highly recommend this product.

This is fantastic. I put this in the living room and the fragrance spreads through the whole house in no time and I have a 4 bedroom home. I really like this. I'm am positive that anyone getting this will enjoy it. The flame puts out the right amount of light during night time.

Beautiful! Just like a mini fire. I love watching fire while camping. It's still a soothing feeling looking at this lil imitation fire and combined with my favorite wax melts is great!!! Melts the wax farely quickly. The brightness is just right. I used the rest of my favorite candle which didn't have a strong scent throw, but I'm really looking forward to the wax melts I'll receive tomorrow.

UPADTE: I have given them 3 tries. All 3 have failed inside of two weeks. TOTAL JUNK. Seems nobody wants to give a failure review after a few wees. Having now tried 3 of the dang things I can honestly say they are JUNK. UPDATE: Now my 2nd one has failed and doesn't even turn on at all. P O S do not buy it.They will fail on you. PERIOD ! I will update this two star if and when I need to. Right I give it a two star due to the fact the ambience fake flame stopped working. It does still melt the wax but the flames ( WHICH IS WHY I BOUGHT THE THING ) have stopped. I'm wait on the replacement now. I gave it two stars due to the fact it still melts the wax and still has the lighted fire place. JUST NO MOVING FLAMES. I have only had it two weeks. I hope the replacement doesn't fail any time soon. UPDATE: This is the second one of these fake flame wax melts to fail in just two weeks both tiimes. Do not buy this for the fake flame as it will fail. Now rateing it a 1 star P O S . Latest UPDATE: I had this ready for return and was going to send it back in the morning. I decided sinse it was broken to open it up and see what I could do with it. It is a very simple device and all I did was lossen 4 scews on the bottom and I was in. There is a shaft connected to a small DC motor and on that shaft are these reflective metal peaces that turn on the shaft. They reflect the LED light giving you the flame isllusion. The shaft on mine became stuck for whatever reason. All I did was try and turn it by hand while pluged in and it all started working again. At least next time I know what the failure of no flames is from. Still over all unless you can or your willing to monkey around with this kind of stuff just don't buy it.

I have nothing negative to say about this product; it works amazingly well. The wax burns beautifully, creating a gorgeous fire. Additionally, the wax is very easy to clean out. All you need to do is wait for it to dry, and then it pops out effortlessly.

This item works as advertised and I like the flaming look it displays when turned on and keeps going until the timer ends. I also like that it can be programmed for 2, 4 or 8 hours which makes it convenient if you’re like me and might forget to turn it off. I only gave 4 stars to leave room for improvement. Overall it’s a great product for the price and I would definitely buy it again should this one cease to work.

This is my favorite Wax burner. I own 5-6 other ones in my house in different area of my house. This one is very to replace and clean. I’ve probably spent 100 hours or so using it. Make the room smell so good with any wax cubes.

The media could not be loaded. Well...I WAS going to give this a 5 star review. Instead, it gets 3 stars for the following reasons. My husband got me this for an early Valentine's Day gift. When it first arrived, I plugged it in just long enough to check it out. It powered on, cycled through the different settings, warming plate heated up, and the "flames" moved. Today (2/15) I fully operated it for the first time while I took a nap (about 2 ½ hours). Upon awaking, I noticed that the "flames" no longer move, although it's still warming the scented wax. I'm kinda bummed, as I had been wanting this item for some time. It still functions as a lighted wax warmer, just not one that has flickering "flames", which is the feature that I liked the most. If I had wanted a plain wax warmer, I would have asked for one. Does anyone have any tips on getting the flame effect working again? I'm kind of bummed.
