So cute and love the silicone cup for wax! Out of 5 purchases only one has kept working with the flame! The flame is the reason I buy so many replacements hoping that I’ll get lucky with a working more than a week one. If they would fix this glitch it would be amazing…but don’t waste your money 🥴😟. This wax warmer is perfect. The size is great and I love the cozy fireplace effect on the front. The built in timer is a game changer. Sometimes Alexa does not set my smart plug timer correctly but with this I can just set the hours I want and it shuts off on its own. The silicone liner makes cleanup so easy. You can just pop the wax right out when you are done. I have tried several warmers and this is by far the best one I have ever purchased. I love it so much I am buying more as Christmas gifts for family and friends.

UPADTE: I have given them 3 tries. All 3 have failed inside of two weeks. TOTAL JUNK. Seems nobody wants to give a failure review after a few weeks. Having now tried 3 of the dang things I can honestly say they are JUNK. UPDATE: Now my 2nd one has failed and doesn't even turn on at all. P O S do not buy it.They will fail on you. PERIOD ! I will update this two star if and when I need to. Right I give it a two star due to the fact the ambience fake flame stopped working. It does still melt the wax but the flames ( WHICH IS WHY I BOUGHT THE THING ) have stopped. I'm wait on the replacement now. I gave it two stars due to the fact it still melts the wax and still has the lighted fire place. JUST NO MOVING FLAMES. I have only had it two weeks. I hope the replacement doesn't fail any time soon. UPDATE: This is the second one of these fake flame wax melts to fail in just two weeks both tiimes. Do not buy this for the fake flame as it will fail. Now rateing it a 1 star P O S . Latest UPDATE: I had this ready for return and was going to send it back in the morning. I decided sinse it was broken to open it up and see what I could do with it. It is a very simple device and all I did was lossen 4 scews on the bottom and I was in. There is a shaft connected to a small DC motor and on that shaft are these reflective metal peaces that turn on the shaft. They reflect the LED light giving you the flame isllusion. The shaft on mine became stuck for whatever reason. All I did was try and turn it by hand while pluged in and it all started working again. At least next time I know what the failure of no flames is from. Still over all unless you can or your willing to monkey around with this kind of stuff just don't buy it.

I love this little wax warmer! It sits on top of my desk, and I use it almost every day. I get many compliments and am often asked where I got it, so I send them the link to this exact one. I love that the warmer is only warm enough to melt the wax and release the scent. Some wax warmers have been too hot and the scent overpowering. It works well with or without the flame effect. It fits perfectly on my desk and isn't very heavy. I even bought another one as a Christmas gift!

Really very nice and relaxing as far as the fire light goes. Unfortunately the silicone discolors and thins out during use. A month ago I would have given it five stars but now unfortunately it's unusable.
