I immediately recognized that Rowena is known for its great irons so I purchased it. It is quite substantial. No spitting of water and the reservoir is big enough to get most jobs done. It says you can use any type of water, but where I live the water is not only hard but it has sediment in it so I use purified water. I want it to last as long as possible. #1 I DO NOT like that the water tank can only hold a little bit of water and what makes it ridiculous is that the amount of steam is awesome but to just to steam a shirt I had to change the "LITTLE WATER TANK" 3 times. Making it time consuming. The bottom of the steamer is bulky and wide. That should have been the water tank. My first time using it was for two long curtains and it took me hours to steam them. Not a fan! Increase the size of the water tank please! #2 when holding it I keep accidentally pressing the button to stop the steam. needs a different location for that button #3. The Rowenta Clothes Steamer is incredibly easy to use. It heats up quickly, and lightweight. This steamer, does have two settings which are for either delicate or regular clothing. The removable water tank is easy to refill. It does come with attachments for various uses. Stubborn wrinkles disappear with just a few passes of the steam, leaving garments looking crisp.
