I bought a steamer from here a couple of years ago and it did nothing so I didn’t have high hopes for steamers. However, I know this is a reputable brand and the reviews convinced me to buy it. I used this for a long weekend trip everyday and I love it!! Removed wrinkles super fast and the clothes looked great and the lint remover came in handy since I forgot to pack one. I would absolutely recommend it because it’s quick and really does it’s job well but here are some cons to consider: Pretty bulky to travel with but Rowenta probably has a good motor in there and can’t make it smaller. Water tank is tiny but I was able to do 1-2 small women t shirts at a time and it heats up super quick so you don’t waste much time. Stays very hot for a very long time, you cannot put this back in the traveling pouch it came with for some time. These are all cons already mentioned by other reviewers so I can’t really complain and would buy this again if needed. ... show more

I've always had some type of steamer of travel iron when I'm going out of town. I was in the market for a new travel steamer when the one I had finally died in the middle of a trip. When I came back home, I immediately went on Amazon to find my replacement. I was very particular about what I wanted. I needed a steamer that had some style, can fit easily in a suitcase, and be able to steam standing up straight, sideways, or straight down. This Rowenta PurePop fir the bill. I love how quickly it heats up and also the push button to make the steam come out. That's a great feature because my old one didn't have that, and there were times I would put down to adjust the garnment and its just sitting there wasting steam. I bought this steamer for a trip where an iron would not be available at my destination. I couldn’t believe how well it worked - and FAST. I’ve had “portable” steamers in the past and all were trash. This one is incredible! It has a smooth steam plate and a lint trapping steam plate, it just flips over. The lint one is great for refresh. No more fold lines on t-shirts, no more crumpled look for my inner over-packer and it’s a little flatter than if packing a pair of shoes. I loved it so much I bought one for a friend who hates ironing. I also use it at home instead of an iron. Bought this steamer for a trip to Jamaica. It worked excellently. So easy to use and fast too. I may not be using my iron at home anymore. It does have a small tank for the water but I found one fill up per item was perfect. It really worked on a very wrinkled dress and linen pants great!

I purchased this steamer for traveling. It’s smaller than a hair dryer, is light weight, easy to maneuver in use, and a cinch to store in its little storage bag. I am impressed with its overall efficiency. I was able to steam out a very wrinkled men’s dress shirt in 2 minutes, and a sweepingly long dress in 5 minutes.
