I had been a good customer of ROVSUN purchasing 3 portable air conditioners, all the same model. One in 2019, one in 2021, and the broken unit in 2022. I received the last one with the exhaust port broken. I requested a replacement numerous times stating it was broken in shipping (rough handling). They would not send a replacement and only gave me a credit of $20 and said to glue the broken parts. The unit worked for our very short cooling season for 10 days in 2022 and 10 days in 2023. It would not work (compressor won’t start) this summer and I assume it’s due to the rough handling in shipping as both other units that I bought from ROVSUN in years earlier still work as new. ROVSUN said it’s out of warranty and refuses to do anything even though it was damaged when I received it. Amazon also has not done anything to rectify the problem. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ROVSUN. THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. THEIR FOOLISHNESS IN THIS MATTER WILL COST THEM MUCH MORE THAN THE $350 THAT I HAVE WASTED ON THIS UNIT. IN ADDITION TO TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW, I AM FILING CHARGES WITH THE WASHINGTON STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL AGAINST ROVSUN AND AMAZON.

This Unit is a must buy and it's amazing. I bought two because I have a 1000 square foot rancher home and this unit cools off the entire house. I swear this is the best product I have ever bought on Amazon. I work for Sam's Club and this unit is way better than the expensive big heavy ugly Air conditioning expensive units we sell. I only needed one unit for my entire house and it keeps it nice and cold . The unit is small attractive and so quiet . I love this product and will be giving my second unit to a family in need , it cost nothing to run this unit and believe me it's so quiet. I love my purchase

I just installed this, and I think the size is great for the small room it's in and price good too. Definitely not so huge and bulky like another one I have. Only thing is the directions are not helpful at all ..I don't even know what a could screws were for and how to properly get it to fit in my window. I was able to do it but the window seal is not secure since I had no direction on how to do it.. the directions have only a couple pictures so that's hard if you've never put one of these in. Side note+ Can someone PLEASE invent a better hose connection as the 'threading' it on never works well and falls apart so easily in ALL Ac units this is a problem. Also the window seal could have rubber or something to kind of fit into the window better. Lol I'm just surprised this hasn't improved over the years!

I've had this thing for about 9 months now and it just doesn't want to kick on all the time. I live in florida where its pretty hot year around so it gets some use. Well recently it'll just stop kicking on and my office will get really hot really quick. I keep it pretty clean so I'm not sure if its a thermostat issue or what.

This air conditioner is the best, we purchased one and I’m not sir if the delivery was bad or what, it malfunctioned within the first month. We contacted the seller explain our problem and within 4 days we had a new one. We are cool and collect right night. It’s quiet it’s cool, it’s doing its job. This conditioner is with the money, Love it!!! From Houston in July, prepared for August with this air conditioner. If you know then you know!!!

This unit takes a long time to start throwing cold air, it is no way shape or form has enough power to cool even a small room. It is a glorified dehumidifier going to have to this craP IN A LANDFILL AS A NEW PEICE OF CRAP
